Signalward

Terms of Service

Effective November 30, 2026

1. Who we are

Signalward is operated by Tattva Press LLC (dba Signalward), a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the Signalward website, emails and any related service.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is, and what it is not

Signalward provides market research and educational material built from public data. It is not personal investment advice and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not a registered investment adviser or a broker-dealer, and we do not manage money or place trades. Please read the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • Give accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Your login is personal to you. Do not share it. You are responsible for activity under your account, so tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
  • One account per person. Accounts are for individuals, not for teams or firms, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

  • The free tier is free. Starter is a paid subscription, billed in advance either monthly at $5 or every 6 months at $30. You choose the plan when you subscribe.
  • Both paid plans renew automatically — monthly or every 6 months — until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
  • We may change prices. We will tell existing subscribers before a change takes effect, and it will apply from the next renewal, not retroactively.
  • Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may read our research and use it for your own decisions. You may not:

  • republish, resell, redistribute or share our content, in whole or in substantial part, including to a group, channel or newsletter;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • present our research as your own, or as personal advice to someone else;
  • share your login, or try to get around paywalls, rate limits or access controls;
  • attack, disrupt or probe the service, or use it unlawfully.

Quoting a short extract with a link back is fine.

6. Our content

We own the content, software, methods and branding behind the service, or we license them. Your subscription is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service while it lasts. It does not transfer ownership of anything to you.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running and current, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may carry out maintenance. If we discontinue a paid service entirely, we will refund the unused part of what you have already paid.

8. Disclaimers and limits on our liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and in serious cases without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms — survive termination.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with its date and, for material changes, tell subscribers in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming.
