Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect what we need to run a subscription research service: your email address, your subscription status, and basic usage data. We do not sell your personal information. We do not ask for your brokerage details, and we have no way to see your trades or your holdings.
What we collect

We do not collect your financial accounts, holdings, trades or net worth, and we never ask for them.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to operate: our payment processor, our email delivery provider, our hosting provider, and basic analytics. They may process your data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the service against fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to sign you in and keep you signed in. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand which pages are used. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open. After you close it, we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except where we must keep records longer — for example billing records kept for tax and accounting purposes.
Security
Access to member data is limited to the people who need it. Secrets are kept outside our code, and payment card details never reach our servers. No service can promise perfect security, but if a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from research emails using the link in any email, or from your account page. We will still send essential messages about your subscription.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to us.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct or port your data, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Children
The service is for adults. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version with its date, and tell subscribers about material changes.
